I didn’t receive the bottle of wine, but the worst part was when I was going to go to bed the bed was full of stains. The reception just said sorry and send someone to change the sheets but it took them almost 1hs from the moment I call to the moment the bed sheets were changed. Attached the pictures from when they were changing them.

Went for a city overnight stay. Had a swim just after arrival the po area was clean and tidy. Room was spacious and clean. Stayed nice and dark in the morning for a sleep in. Pillows a little soft for me

Need better communication about bedding. I thought twin beds would be 2 doubles. it was 2 singles. Not the most comfortable unfortunately.

Amazing and clean apartments. Pool was beautiful but unfortunately very cold which really disappointing. Not sure if that is the norm or the heater was broken but no communication either way.

It would be good to have a complimentary water. We had just flown in from interstate. Lovely, helpful staff…great location.

We have stayed here several times. A really quiet properly. The issue i have this time is lack of communication on check out. We were asked if we want to validate our parking. I said i dont know we parked across the road in Wilson's parking. She just said ok. And that was it. The parking vakidated was $35 we paid $70 just because the person didnt say... hold on.. with validation it will make it cheap. I didnt know what she meant in the first place so would have been nice to be explained it will cost a lot more.. so i was upset for not having it explained. So.. take the validation on the parking.

Clean, comfortable and very spacious room. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We were there 4 days and could not sleep despite being on the bed most of the time we were in the room. Bed is structually sound.

Was a quick over night stay for business and did the job, however I have noticed over the last few stays the cleanliness is dropping especially in bathrooms

Excellent Hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms and friendly staff. This stay I was slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was a stain on the chair and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hairs on the bathroom wall and on the shower wall. Stains on the bathroom walls.

Had an amazing stay to was beautiful and modern.
