The hotel provided connecting rooms, and although both doors were locked, it felt very unsafe. The manual door lock was broken, but the electronic lock worked. I could hear everything happening in the next room. Furthermore, there was no toothbrush, shower cap, telephone, or clothes hanger in the room

Hmm ever since all the front desk receptionist was changed in around mid 2025, I faced many issues and slow service. Hope they bring back the old crew

The only thing that's not good about this hotel is the parking. Every time you want to go out to eat etc. you have to go to the counter first to get free parking. It feels like you have to ask permission to leave the house😹

I got room 103, check in/out was ok, good service, arriving at the room was ok, but I would suggest that they put a makeup mirror outside, even a small one, it's hard to get ready, have to go into the bathroom, there's no mirror to adjust the headscarf (Muslim), no chairs to sit down to eat or drink, have to sit downstairs, I like it btw, the bar table is ok, the room is spacious too.. plus the chairs and mirrors are plastic, I don't need those things. But it's not disappointing, can book again and try another room... thanks to the friendly staff.

The check-in process is very long, I came when there were a lot of people checking in. I think it took 1 hour to check-in during a public holiday, I set a stopwatch and it took about 8-10 minutes/guest to check-in, at that time there were 7 people in front of me in line. So, it took about 1 hour to check-in, it's good to add a check-in counter so that you don't waste a lot of time. 1. Must pay a cash deposit of 50 RM 2. Tourism Tax 10 RM/Night No toothbrush provided, mirror only in the toilet, room next door is noisy, overall okay, totally rate 6/10. Thank you
