Very basic hotel. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Plumbing issues in bathroom console caused bathroom to constantly smell of sewage. Very hard mattress.

Room is clean. Breakfast was good enough. Conveniently located, about 5 mins walk from Sannomiya station. If you alight at Shinkansen, just go to the bus terminal and take the "Port Loop" bus service to reach hotel, 2 stops only and it will be a 1 min walk from bus stop to hotel. Return trip you can decide to take the Port Loop bus or train back, bus stop is located nearer to Sannomiya station, 4 mins walk from hotel.

The room was so clean, and we were also surprised that the bathtub was quite bigger than the other Toyoko Inn hotels where we stayed 6 years ago. Always love the bed, and pillow of Toyoko inn hotels! They are just nice. Staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also so clean, and Sannomiya station is not very far from the hotel. We are definitely going to stay here again.

部屋も廊下もきれいでした。 朝食がついていて、大変ありがたかったです。

部屋は綺麗で良いです。三連休でどこも高すぎて泊まれない中、リーズナブルでよかったです。

全般として価格と内容のバランスが良いです。朝食の焼きそば、神戸名物で美味しかったです、どろソースもっとかけてもいいかな。

市役所やボートライナー貿易センター駅に近く、神戸空港からアクセスしたので、午前中に到着後荷物を預けて出かけるという使い方に好都合でした。 多少手狭ながら、1階にすべての共用機能がコンパクトにまとめられていることで、リーズナブルな価格設定になっていると思います。

最寄り駅から近く、コンビニも3件はありました。朝食も美味しく頂きました。 ベッドも居心地よく快適でした。

部屋は綺麗でしたが時々隣の音が聞こえたのが気になりました。

ユニットバスの浴槽がゆったりできた。

テレビのリモコンの電池が切れたと思い、フロントに連絡すると、早々に予備のリモコンを持参下さいました。結果的に私がテレビの前に荷物を置いており、それが原因で リモコンが動作せずの状態で、スタッフの皆さんにお手数をかけてしまい、お詫び致します。対応そのものは迅速・丁寧でした。
