We loved our stay at the social hub! The amenities were amazing and we had fun playing games and meeting others in the common areas. The beds were the most comfortable that we had stayed in recently and the staff were super helpful and accommodation. I would come back in a heartbeat

The one thing that could have gone A LOT better was that my husband celebrated his bday and I asked if a cake or a piece of cake can be arranged. One woman at the front desk said no worries in the morning. Later in the evening, we got to the hotel and I spoke to the front desk and the man never heard of the request. Again he said not a problem and we will arrange for a piece of cake on the house. In the morning of the breakfast, I went to the front desk and they had no idea what I was talking about and asked if I could go talk to the kitchen. I said no, as I don’t work here. Then the man from the front desk went up and asked that I follow him and then I stood on the side and the chef said loudly will she pay for it. My husband was there and the whole thing got uncomfortable for a freaking piece of cake. Finally, they brought him cake with candles that I bought and told him to blow them out quickly as no fire was allowed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay but this was for sure unpleasant customer experience.

Absolutely stunning property. Fair pricing, super fun vibes, delicious food and drink, top-notch gym. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The ONLY drawback I had was the clear shower in the room itself. Normally, traveling with my partner, that would be a non-issue... but traveling with family or friends, it may be uncomfortable for many. Aside from that, again - I would recommend this to anyone and will CERTAINLY be visiting again, and already looking forward to it.

I loved this hotel, it had fantastic amenities, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was walking distance to an underground station that got you into the city centre in a matter of minutes. It was great being in a not so touristy area but having easy access to anywhere in the city. The lobby restaurant was also great with wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in quiet area of Vienna, but transport options are vast. Would recommend staying, facilities are top notch

Best breakfast ever, the place is wonderful

Maybe one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. It's been updated recently so the pictures don't show how well equipped it is. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is a 9 min walk to the train station. Then you're in the center of everything in basically 5-10 mins. I spent a week in Vienna and you really can't beat the value you get from the Social Hub.

The location is a few minutes to the Praterstern train station. The hotel has plenty to do as well as a restaurant where the food was good but a little over priced but expected for a hotel. This did feel more like a hostel or a shared apartment complex rather than a hotel. I really enjoyed it and look forward to staying a other Social Hub locations.

I loved it!

Very nice concept, co working, meeting rooms, gym, paid restaurant .. all superbly available for use. Superb room for a family of 4, very nice aircon for a very hot day. No option to take bowls, spoons, plates from restaurant to room so if you get food from outside, it's maybe have to be properly planned.

Rooms too small and bathroom drain clogged

Service, staff, and breakfast was great. There were some stains on pillow cases and on sheets. Limited/no access to sockets near the bedside. There was only 1 clean/usable iron for the entire hotel.

Nice property, but the concept is not a hotel but a coworking business. They pay more attention to the business than to hotel guests.

Very clean and tidy room with nice views of the Vienna circle.The staff were very polite, helpful and accommodative. Also the property is close (about 10 minutes) away from Pratersen train station from where you can take the line 1 and 2 for the centre of Vienna and also trains to different destinations in Vienna, The property is also located in a central road, but despite this it wasn\t noisy at all. Also there were several amenities, like gym and waxing machine if someone needed, but I didn't need these facilities.

This is my second time staying at the social hub. Positives: 1) excellent location in district 2 near public transportation and the prater 2) outstanding breakfast 3) excellent friendly service 4) laundry and gym on site. It reminds me of a youth hostel that caters to younger people and offers organized opportunities for socializing. Downside: 1) room decor is dark and black 2) it’s clean enough but not immaculate. It’s a great option for the cost.

I had a great experience staying at this accommodation. Close to a major train station with supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant for breakfast and an on-site laundry facility.

Slightly out of the main city. Approximately a 20 minute walk to get into the main city. 5 mins walk from the nearest train & underground station. Modern and young vibe with friendly staff. Rooms were clean & spacious.
