Situated right in the middle of Condongcatur, few minutes away from Pakuwon Mall, it's quite a great location for a budget hotel. Staff was friendly and accomodating, and the hotel itself was cozy and quiet. If you like traditional, old-timey Javanese vibes and decorations, this one is for you. Room was acceptable for it's price. Bathroom was clean, and a working hot shower is a massive plus. The only complains I have is for the (sometimes) creaking bed, and, the presence of a cockroach that I have to dealt with myself. That last one, particularly, prevented my stay from being all-around great. Overall, it was a good, pleasant experience. One that I wouldn't mind repeating next time I am in Yogyakarta.

A Javanese-style Balinese atmosphere. Lots of plants in the house create a fresh and beautiful atmosphere. It would be better if you had an exhaust for circulation, as the wooden furniture in the room creaks, including the wardrobe, nightstand, and bed.

an amazing stay experience. the cleanliness is really thumbs up, whether in the room or in all corners of this inn is clean. salute to the cleanliness. the atmosphere is also cool. many places to relax in this inn. there is also a mini fish pond in it. the location is also on the side of the road so it is easy to find, the parking area in the front yard of the house is also quite large. if I go to Jogja, I want to stay here again. the receptionist is also very kind, friendly, showed me places for souvenirs and delicious places to eat. so even though I went alone yesterday, I could go anywhere because the lady had shown me.

This is one of the cleanest budget hotels we've ever visited! Located not far from Gejayan and the biggest mall in Jogja, this is a must-try experience to stay at Ndalem Gusti Ayu. The staff is friendly, Wi-Fi also fast enough to do some online work. Overall, it's a perfect experience! Thanks! Hope to get back soon on another visit to Jogja.
