Management paling buruk. Booking kamar 2 unit dari aplikasi cuma tercatat 1. Padahal dari luar kota. Check in hampir 30 mnt, mana bawa orang tua dan bayi. Kalo sdm nya belum mampu gak usah pakai aplikasi. Setelah 1 jam baru kasih solusi. No telponnya gak valid. Hati-hati buat yang mau booking lewat aplikasi. Gak bisa refund lagi. Resepsionisnya gak bisa diajak ngomong 😡.

Hotelnya tidak ada pertanggung jawaban sama sekali. Mati listrik dan mati air dari jam 1 malam sampai pagi hari. Tidak bisa tidur dan tidak bisa mandi. Kasian anak-anak balita nangis semalaman karena gelap dan tidak ada air. Serta resepsionis nya tidak ramah sama sekali. Hotelnya parah lah.

Fasilitas di dalam kamar sudah ada beberapa yang tidak dalam kondisi prima namun masih fungsional. Kebersihan sejatinya kurang terjaga, paling tidak sprei kasur bersih.
