There was a very unpleasant male employee, when a customer called to borrow an iron, he hung up immediately. He didn't even smile. He didn't give the ironing service, so the customer had to pay and said there was no staff. Support was difficult. The next day, there was a nicer male employee.
The hotel's price and location are ok, but don't ignore the customer just because the price is cheap. Asking the receptionist to use the service makes you think you're asking for the boss's salary :)))
