Fantastic place! Affordable price, good service

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The soundproofing is too poor. The day I went, I lost sleep because people were cleaning in the hallway. Luckily, there were few people so it wasn't too noisy. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. If the soundproofing could be improved, it would be better.

The hotel is right in the city center, near the night market, near the restaurant. The room is clean, I rented a family room so it was very spacious, the bed was big, the kids played comfortably. The room on the 2nd floor was close to the street but had good soundproofing. The staff was friendly, spoke modestly and cheerfully. I was satisfied with this experience.

Everything is good for the price we can pay, the only minus point is that the soundproofing of the room is not good when people outside make noise, we can hear it clearly inside the room, but other than that, there is nothing else. It is worth experiencing and staying because the location is very good and the room price is reasonable.

The rooms are ok, spacious, convenient central location. However, the blonde female receptionist is a bit annoying. After checking the room out, she didn't inform the guests, making them wait for a long time. Had to ask again before speaking.

Went once and never come back. Room for 2 adults. The bed is spring so my back hurts when lying down. The floor is so dirty that it sticks to my feet. I have never seen a hotel with such a dirty floor.

Avoid rooms with windows that open to the skylight area. Book a room with windows to open for ventilation and less darkness, but if you open the windows, people walking in the hallway or in the opposite room can see inside the room, which is quite uncomfortable. The lights in the room are quite dark.

A comfortable vacation in Dalat with Pontus Hotel. The hotel is right in the center, you can easily move to the market or other shops.

The room was cheap but in the basement. I was a bit surprised because the hotel did not specify. If it was a basement room, I would never have booked it. I went down to the basement to check in and it was like going into a place with the cleaner.
