Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The concierge service is excellent. Food is really good. The Underground tube station is literally steps away. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs, as well as Nice hotel . Highly recommend. Would gladly stay here again should we get back to London.

The location was ideal for London Tower. Really great food and bar on site. Modern, comfortable room, great rain shower.

Great location. Close to sites, tube and restaurants. Loved dining in the nearby marina area. Suite was very comfortable.

Estoy muy decepcionado de este hotel, reservamos 2 habitación con cama king size y nos comentaron que por no tener disponibilidad asignaron una habitación de cama individual, muy pequeña la habitación, nada comparado con lo ofrecido ni con las fotos de las habitaciones. El gerente solo ofreció que la proxima vez tratar de darnos las habitaciones correctas pero no ofrece ningún descuento o alguna compensación. Decepcionante.

We had an absolutely wonderful 6 night stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid! Fantastic location; right across the road from the Tower of London, right beside the Tower Bridge Underground station, and pubs on every corner! The suite we had was fabulous! Clean, in great condition, and had everything a traveller could want! Each staff member that we spoke with was professional and very helpful! Do not hesitate to stay here!!

There was a bit of a miscommunication before check in but once that got settled, the room was great I will say only things that was not what I was expected was on the website the view was way different than the view the junior suite actually had. And the walls are very thin you can hear everything above you , last day I couldn’t really sleep due to someone upstairs moving furniture around for about 20 min . But the resturant had great food and good location to explore right next to two train stations .

Excellent hotel and location

I have been visiting the hotel for seven years regularly, lobby reception and corridors are looking tiresome and on need of modernisation

The staff was incredibly helpful. Every concern was addressed promptly. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, the staff made modifications to see to my comfort.

Great spacious room, super clean, fantastic breakfast! (seriously), great location, very well balance price vs accomodations.

Our room was huge! It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It could have used coat hooks, umbrella stand inside the door though. We used our ironing board as a place to place our coats/jackets instead of putting them in the small bedroom wardrobe or draping them on the kitchen chairs. There is a fair bit of noise/rumbling from the elevated train that was outside of our windows, but to be honest we stopped being bothered by it rather quickly. It kind of faded into the background after the first day. The onsite breakfast restaurant was IMO very expensive for what you get, but I did have an amazing latte there. The hotel was very convenient to the Tube station and the water ferry and of course Tower Bridge. Excellent location for any first time visitor to London.

The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would change would be the mattress. Maybe pillow top mattress covers would provide more comfort. Other than that, we loved everything about it. Nice restaurant, close to the tube, walked over the bridge to The Ivy for dinner. Felt safe and loved the views.

Staff was excellent. The answer to whatever we needed was always yes. Plamen was especially attentive and helpful. Thank you to the entire staff. Would definitely recommend this place because of staffing and location. Close to the tube and buses.

Location, Location, Location. Just steps from the tube and overlooks the tower of london and tower bridge. Rooms are spacious and nice.
