Hotel bardzo ładny, duże pokoje, świetna strefa SPA. Na minus wprowadzenie limitu bezpłatnego na strefę SPA do godziny- byliśmy 5 lub 6 raz i to była niemiła niezpodzianka plus przydałoby się więcej uśmiechu niektórym pracownikom i takiej zwykłej życzliwości.

Everything was excellent but particularly the bed comfort and the amazing sheets!!! I travel a lot and this was the most comfortable bed ever!

Nie polecam!!! Obsluga w recepcji na niskim poziomie. Dodatkowo dostalem 2 mandaty za zaparkowanie na terenie hotelu !!!! Co sie okazuje ze parking jest firmy zewnetrznej i jako gosc hotelowy mam ta sprawe sam sobie rozwiazac pomimo tego ze to parking na terenie hotelu!!

Pierwsza godzina strefy wellness gratis kolejne płatne. Jeszcze mi się nie zdarzyło, żebym jako gość hotelowy płacił za basen. Już tam nie wrócę

Bardzo fajny nowy, czysty hotel. Miły personel, szczególnie osoby z Ukrainy zdecydowanie bardziej uśmiechnięte i zaangażowane w swoją pracę. Pani Tatsiana z restauracji super osoba! Profesjonalna i uśmiechnięta! Na pewno przyjedziemy jeszcze raz!

Hotel's look is very pleasant, clean, new. Reception is undersized for the amount of rooms. We had to wait over half an hour both for check in and check out. Room was late almost an hour, receptionist didn't even think to apologise. Nice, spacious lobby with good service. Very tasty breakfast, but little variety. Restaurant was great, good pasta and pizza. Room was spacious, but garden view isn't very inspirational and balconies are hardly private. Spa facilities are great, large swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, hotel is very popular with young families, many of them treating hotel facilities like free childcare. Children splashing in the large swimming pool, using spa facilities (saunas as well), running around, being very loud. This was not a single incident but identical theme for each time we tried using spa. Gym is a great option for those looking for active rest as its well equipped and barely used. For those looking for quiet retreat, avoid.

Very nice hotel,excellent facilities, attentive staff.

Very poor service, reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Cleaners didn’t even clean my room they left dirty cutlery in my room and when I complained to reception they didn’t do anything about it, cleaners also never made my bed. The swimming pool water also also too cold when we went for a swim. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Good overall experience. Unfortunately the shower in the room was leaking a bit and in the spa area the Sauna is not working properly. A lot of lights and some showers are not working.

En bättre logistik i samband med frukosten. Alla springer åt olika håll även personalen. Lugnare tempo alla kommer att bli mätta. En lugnare star på dagen. Kaffekön böt man se över. Annars en fantastiskt vistelse op ett underbart hotell MVH Ingmar med familj
