Nice hotel to stay with family or for business matters

Location wise. Parking RM1 per entry (validate at reception counter), RM0 deposit. Clean bedroom with full facilities. Gym 24 hours, in-room dining 24 hours.

The alarm kept ringing. It caused everyone to panic and run downstairs. It turned out to be a false alarm.

Second time here, really liked it, comfortable and a more peaceful rest.

Pros: - Easy check-in. - Easy parking. - Great stay if you want to have a short getaway at IOI Mall Putrajaya. - Enough space in the room. - Nice facilities. Cons: - Some defects in the room (damaged hair dryer, 1 night light). - No number for hotel management. - Slow Wi-Fi (it's 2025, slow Wi-Fi shouldn't be a thing).

The room price offered by the app is reasonable (RM 250.00) because I stayed on a Sunday. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of hotel parking space and easy to access. The room is not spacious but very comfortable and clean. There is a room for prayer, a king size bed and a comfortable bathroom. For breakfast, the cafe space is quite small and lacks food choices, but the food prepared is very tasty. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Putrajaya IOI Mall (5 minutes).

Overall experience still acceptable but parking is main issue.

Pros: the staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the receptionist, the bell boy, the cleaners to the restaurant staff, they always greet us warmly ❤. Cons: the standard room is quite small. Luckily it 's only me and my son, and we did not spend much time in the room since he attended scholarship interview session being held at the hotel. The food is so so, not so tasteful and less variety.

The room is spacious and clean. The single chair and the 2-seater couch is a great add. The breakfast is delicious, more into Malaysian style with some intercontinental but tasty. The staff are nice and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.
