The rooms are spacious and quiet, only the parking is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it's ok, the female receptionist is enthusiastic, the male receptionist has a bit of an unpleasant face...

Recommendation: When sleeping, you should use a chain lock to lock the door to avoid the door suddenly opening after 5am and someone entering.

The afternoon receptionist was not very friendly. They thought I was young so they did not welcome me in a friendly manner and gave me an unpleasant look. Everyone else had a welcome drink but my room did not. Everything else was fine.

My husband and I flew from 2 different places to HCM, my husband checked in first, I arrived later and went to the reception desk to update the information, but the female receptionist had a very unpleasant attitude, even shaking her head and nodding without responding to the customer with words? (Before that, I called to check the booking, and the same female answered with a very impolite attitude, interrupting me even though I hadn't finished speaking, I don't know if it was the same person?) 3. The breakfast was not diverse, not delicious, even the meat smelled bad! 4. Spending nearly 3 million/room/night (suite room), I received a room with a fishy, moldy smell, the towels had mold stains, and the carpet had not been cleaned yet! 5. Conclusion, check out 1 day early because we lost sleep for 2 nights!

Poor soundproofing, the room was not cleaned, people outside wore headphones without headphones, very noisy. I have stayed at some Muong Thanh Luxury hotels in other provinces and this is a traditional disease of this hotel, repeated errors - I must say this is a basic error that the project board here still lets repeat and the acceptance and operation department still happily accepts => All the suffering of the customers is borne. Small bathroom, water everywhere, no bathtub, I don't understand if it is suitable according to the criteria of a 5* hotel? 6. The swimming pool is at one level and is very bad for children under 13 years old => does not ensure safety for children...
