Amazing experience from check in until check out. Good breakfast, staff very friendly.

Property was clean, staff was very friendly, rooms were as advertised and well kept. I would pick this hotel again on our next visit.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, waited over 30 min then I left and came back later. But I wanted to rest with my childen amd couldn't do the check in

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and I couldn’t have asked for anything better and yeah, don’t forget the breakfast it was spot on.

This hotel has excellent customer service and always asked how our visit was going? Extra Towels easily accessible at front desk. This facility was clean and fresh. Minor flaws but repairable wall paper loose, discoloration or a stain in bathroom wallpaper. You can tell it was cleaned but permanent discoloration. Noticeable tile repair. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options to get your day started. I would stay here again for future visits.

Asked extra fees for 45 min early checking , strange. Front desk & higher management very rude, any thing we asked or requested they feel we are yelling or raising the voice. Couple of occasions it is happened. The conference room is booked some how some issues regarding the confirmation, the manager was so angry shouting over the phone to pack and vacate immediately since someone already booked that one.so we immediately transferred to 10 little girls from the conference room to other facilities outside Terrible

It was a great stay. All summer I have business trip every weekend and this was first one that met me with a smile at check-in, it was refreshing. The pool was clean and the room was pristine. The 24/7 coffee was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Can’t say a bad thing about it. Great!!!!
