It clearly belonged to the previous guest. Absolutely horrible experience. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Absolutely horrible, The front desk staff was clueless and had no idea what service they were providing! I admit I booked the wrong dates, but even after I confirmed that there were still rooms available, the staff simply said "no" and rolled their eyes several times. She didn't even call her boss to ask how to handle this. Between getting positive reviews and free promotion for the hotel she works for, after an hour, they finally gave me a connecting room. It was fine, she confirmed I was okay, but they gave it to me before the AC was even installed? And those disposable slippers clearly belonged to the previous guest?

Our reception has directed you to contact Traveloka. Second, about your room, we very apologize about AC that is not closed, we do regularly maintenance for AC and our staff forget to close this, but we make sure that our AC is function well. Third, apologize if you are not feel comfort with our slipper, but we always replace. But thank you for your review our slipper, so we can review the quality. We waiting your return to Mahima Hotel Semarang with better facilities and service. Regards

I want room service. Because my room phone doesn't work, I finally called the restaurant number listed on the room booking menu. I already told them what I wanted to order, and the hotel staff had responded and read my chat. I thought they were processing it. After 1 hour, I finally asked for an update on my order, because in the previous chat they said it would take 1 hour for orders to be processed. It turns out my order wasn't processed because it was already crowded. I was already hungry, I was sleepy, so I chose not to gofood to order from the restaurant. But it was late. I'm so glad I chose this hotel, luckily I booked 1 night for my office this week in Semarang.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, even though there was a power outage due to a water leak. The hotel staff immediately offered to move you to a floor that wasn't affected by the outage. Recommended hotel if you're visiting Semarang.

Nice hotel... but facilities like a pool or gym aren't available yet. For that price, you can get a decent one near Simpang Lima. Overall, it's more than okay for work and rest.

During my stay, I felt comfortable and the professional staff made my stay more meaningful. The hotel environment, from the room to the hotel, was clean and well maintained. The hotel's food and drinks were also varied, for example, if you feel like buying street food in the area around the hotel, there is also something available (just walk), cool.

Poor cleanliness in the room and the bedroom was not well Maintain mostly the linen very dirty and towels as well. The rooms mostly dirty from Floor to wall and fixtures . Bfast tasteless and less variety
