Conveniently located near the Nikko Toshogu Shrine and loved the private onsen. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Walkable to the main town and bus stops for sites (eg to Chuzenji) are very close. Staff are friendly and personal touches such as dropping us to the station for the onward journey was much appreciated.

Great location for seeing the sites in Nikko or finding a restaurant. Very help team and they have a service where they will take your bag to their other hotel next to Nikko station

I've rarely met such a friendly and helpful staff, despite the language barrier sometimes (nothing Google Translate can't help with). Be aware there are not many transportation options from the train station if you arrive after 7:00 pm, or restaurant options.

We stayed here to cap off our 2 weeks in Japan and it was the perfect call. Nice and relaxing and pampering after Tokyo. Would come back here again and check out more of the Nikko area.
Staff were very kind. Facility was beautiful. All of the major shrines and temples are a walk away.

I came to Nikko on a weekend off from a business trip as a solo traveler. As much as I love Nikko, I loved this hotel so much more! I would come back to Nikko just to enjoy Nishimachi club again. I was blown away by the level of hospitality and kindness from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean. I was able to easily book and use the private Onsen as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. When I checked out the staff gave me a little gift bag of homemade pound cake and then drove me to the train station. 5 stars!!!
