Burglary, invasion of privacy at 12:30 noon on the 2nd from the accommodation facility.

The bed sheets are itchy, like they've been left for years. The safety lock is broken.

The room was dirty, old, dusty, and had mosquitoes. The air conditioner wasn't cool. I told the staff, but they weren't willing to help. I had to contact the hotel via Line (the head admin) before they could help fix it. The area outside the hotel was dirty.

Said payment can be made by credit card but at check in they asked for cash payment

The security guard was super enthusiastic. My family suddenly had to stay an extra night and he helped us change rooms. We booked the wrong day and they also helped us change. Before leaving, he even gave my daughter some grapefruit segments. I wish you good health.

The security guard and customer service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. The room is clean and pretty. No single-use plastic is used, which I like. Convenient location.

I booked a room on the 2nd floor, the TV was a bit noisy, especially the room next to the hot water heater was so noisy I couldn't sleep.

No reception, no support service, small room, dirty, super mini bathroom, no room to see in advance

We watched our favorite TV shows from 8pm to 11pm. I don't know why I had a headache. After switching to watching on my phone, I realized that it was because the hotel TV was too old. The sound quality was not clear, which ruined my evening experience. In addition, the TV could not be viewed in full screen. The white curtains outside were torn. The view outside was of dilapidated houses and a construction site.

The room design each type more or less same. The place is in local area where people leave, no car can go inside so you need to walk 100m from the main street. The room is good, spacious and clean.

If you are looking hotel in suburb area this place quite and peaceful. The room is ok and you need to do self check-in.

There are so many ants. They crawled up to the bed and I have 2 kids. I didn't dare sleep and had to stay up all night to watch over my kids. The air conditioner in the room doesn't have a remote control so the room is hot. I can't adjust the small shower to use.
