The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Initially, there were no towels in the room, so I called the front desk, and they responded quickly. I stayed here for two nights. On the second day, I asked for a refill of mineral water, and they gave me one. The location is quite strategic, close to the station and culinary spots. The only downside is probably the parking. If you bring your own vehicle, you have to pay for parking back and forth between the hotel and the hotel.

When I complained, the hotel staff responded unfriendly. They were also working while playing on their phones, so much so that my questions went unanswered because they were distracted by playing games. They lacked customer service, were unfriendly, and never smiled. I'm disappointed, even though I've stayed at this hotel many times.

Overall, the place was nice, clean, tidy, and smelled good. The downsides: - We only got one towel even though we were two people, and we asked the staff for another, but they didn't deliver it. - We had to provide a Rp. 50,000 deposit upfront. - There were no windows, so we couldn't see the outside view. - The pillows were very thin. Perhaps because it's a budget hotel, everything is adjusted to the room price. Breakfast was a long wait, as they only cooked fried chicken. Check-out was a long wait.

For the price of 325k I will not come back here because the room has plywood walls, the HS person next door can be heard, the AC is hot, there is only 1 towel. If the bed is comfortable, the KM is clean, it is still not worth it, the AC is hot and you can't sleep.

The AC is cold enough, the location is right on the side of the road, but breakfast only has one menu and without a TV, you can only watch YouTube, so it's annoying, so you just listen to songs huhu
