The room is clean, easy to travel, and the staff is friendly.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the station. There were plenty of shops nearby, so I didn't have any trouble. The room was quite large and there was plenty of space to store my luggage, but there were no amenities, so I had to bring or buy room shoes. The air conditioner also had a rather unpleasant smell, which some people might not like. Regarding soundproofing, the room next door was vacant on the second day, so it was quiet, but on the last day, I was surprised to hear quite a bit of noise from the room next door.

The alarm in the hotel suddenly went off, but none of the hotel staff gave an explanation, because it had just been an earthquake a few days ago. Everyone panicked and went downstairs. Not a single hotel staff came down. There was only one security guard downstairs who was asked but didn't understand English. I even asked the security guard using Google Translate. Not a single hotel staff came down. From the 5th floor I went down carrying an elderly person who had difficulty walking via the emergency stairs down. The annoying part was that the staff seemed indifferent when I approached the receptionist on the 4th floor to ask, and were only told that it was accidentally activated. If it hadn't been an earthquake, I would understand, but there had just been an earthquake a few days before. The hotel staff needs to be educated again. This is my second time staying here, but not again if the staff is like this

good nice clean but small room

Room is decent. Nothing much there. Location is good if you want to explore Chinatown area, but you need to take Grab/tuk-tuk to Platinum/Siam Paragon area, and the traffic is kind of crazy. I love the shower facilities in the lobby. It helps me a lot before my night flight.

Nói chung là mọi thứ đều ok nhưng dịch vụ cách xử lí quá tệ . Ở dưới có mall thì khách vô tình đem nước từ dưới lên sảnh ngồi đợi check out thì nhân viên ra không cho khách ngồi đó và không cho mang nước ở ngoài đặt lên bàn của họ . Nói chuyện kiểu như đuổi khách . Kiểu giống như ở xong check out là coi như không còn liên quan gì tới khách sạn nữa . Mặt tỏ ra thái độ rõ luôn 🥲 chứ lúc đầu tôi rất thích nhưng bây giơ là không quay lại lần nữa ạ .
