When I am, check in, the reception (men) was not friendly, many arguing, first impressions was too bad for hospitality specially. Finally I got the key room, still he not give the direction where is my room. Until I came to the room, open and there is no pillow, I found inside the cabinet without cover. Not very recommended to stay event for one night.

The plug for charging the cellphone doesn't work. There is only one mineral water, while there are two guests, the same.
