A comfortable, quiet, and secluded staycation. I purposely stayed at Sebatu Tulen Villas from Denpasar for New Year's Eve… the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that the bathtub faucet was broken, so I couldn't soak in it.

I'd love to come back here again. It's very comfortable and relaxing. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast was delicious and filling for two adults and a 6-year-old child. Highly recommended.

This is the best villa in Sebatu. From the service, room amenities, breakfast, and surroundings, it truly makes you forget about city life. For the price, it's highly recommended. Hopefully, we'll be able to return here again next time.

Order a private pool. The view is beautiful overlooking rice fields and plantations. The air is cold and cool. The swimming pool is very cold. Extra breakfast 60,000. Extra breakfast at the swimming pool 100,000. If you ask for decoration, 100,000.

The view is nice, only the bathroom is very damp because the walls and floor are made of stone, the road is very steep and uphill.

Awal pesen agak ragu. Gambar nya gelap. Tp pas sampe hotel. Luar biasa di luar espektasi, staff ramah banget, check in g sampe 5 menit dan langsung d antar ke kamar. Kalau cari villa yang vibes-nya alam banget dan pengen chill aja, this is a good choice. Lokasinya terpencil, jalannya challenging karena berkelok-kelok, curam, dan sempit. Kalau malam sepi banget cuma ada suara serangga dan staff-nya juga enggak menginap. Kalau mau pesan makan bisa gofood tapi lumayan jauh at least 5 kiloan dari area yang banyak jual makanan jadi pesannya jangan mepet apalagi kalau untuk makan malam. Parkiran sempit banget kalau untuk mobil. Kamarnya worth the price. Bersih, terawat, fasilitas basic ada (hairdryer, teko, amenities, payung, obat nyamuk elektrik), semuanya berfungsi. Wifi bagus, sinyal hp juga masih dapat. Bisa sewa motor dan menyediakan jasa trip juga tapi harus booking sehari sebelum. Menu breakfast cuma american, vegan (buah), sama indonesian tapi lumayan lah porsinya cukup banget. Staff-nya ramah dan helpful semua

It's really good, really a hidden gem in Sebatu, Ubud and worth it, got the promotional price for only 400 thousand, stayed there for 2 days yesterday & the breakfast was delicious, breakfast starts from 8 to 10 but on the second day we asked for 7 because we wanted to leave early in the morning and that's fine.

The place is lovely and the staff were amazing! Very attentive and friendly. This is definitely going to be my go to spot for my next trip to Ubud.

The room looks better than in the pictures-the atmosphere were perfect-affordable-sebatu tulen villa the bestlahh.

Superb! It was very enjoyable staying at this villa, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, yesterday I requested honeymoon decorations and they were actually prepared without additional charges. The atmosphere is calm, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the sheets, blankets, towels are clean, 10/10, unfortunately yesterday when we requested a spa it turned out that the therapist was having an event, it was also our fault that the request was impromptu. Keep up the good work Sebatu Tulen Villa, hopefully you can stay here again next time!

Stayed 2 days here, I don't know, when I first checked in, I was immediately upgraded to a private pool, even though the usual messages were five-star service and facilities and friendly, the food was pretty good. I'd come back if I went to Ubud, even though it's a bit far to Sebatu.
