didn't even get to stay. but paid for a night

I kid you not, the bathroom door was missing. So was the light bulb in the bedside lamp. The AC unit sounded like a barking dog in the distance. I think this hotel needs to pay more attention to their property.

The front desk was closed when I arrived to check-in and the hallways and elevator smelled liked marijuana. My non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I moved to another room and the television didn't work. I moved to a third room and it was finally ok. I stayed one night and then moved to the nearby Best Western in Roanoke and it was wonderful. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

Could not checking in at midnight! No one working here!

Love it here would recommend. I stayed for a week and it was really nice and the rooms are very spacious.

The front desk lady was really nice and the area was clean, however one of our beds had a very thin decorative cover and no real blanket, the halls smelled strongly of marijuana smoke although it wasn’t in our room luckily. We put that we had three people and still only got two towels and wash cloths and no hand towels. My brother was staying there as well and had no towels, no shower curtain. And the trash cans were full and we had to empty them from the previous people. The front desk closes at a certain time so there was no real way to remedy this. In addition to all that- I was charged an additional $85 for the room that I had already paid for. This was not for incidentals which I clarified when she charged it. I told her I already paid for the room through hotels.com and she assured me it didn’t charge until she put it through on the computer- this was false and I now have both charges on my card. There were children running back and forth all night and no curtains just blinds so the room was bright all night. I spent $100+ on this room and there’s no complimentary breakfast either, it just seems like a lot for such little amenities.

No hot water while we were there - front desk agent stated that they were working on it. Surprised and sad they never got it fixed. No coffee cups anywhere in the morning for complementary coffee. No hair dryer in the room. The barebones concept and price were great until the expected basics were left lacking. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer at check in, props to them! Very clean hotel.

Horrible! Full time residents live there. AC didn’t work. Clerk told us she needed everyone’s ID that was staying for her protection.

Well lit, secure entry, spacious parking. Inside was clean and well kept.

Customer service was poor at best. The lady at the front desk has no business being in a customer facing position. We were given a room key to a room that was already occupied by a long term tenant, walked right into their personal lives. Informed the front desk lady, she never apologized or owned her mistake. Lesson learned. Hotels.com should remove this listing as an option

There were constantly little kids in the parkinglot. The airport is right there so be ready for them loud ahh landings. My car got broken into the night before I left. I realize this is no fault of the proprietor, but they aren't getting a full pass either.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the staff was hardly available and rude at times. Would not recommend staying here. 0 out of 10
