Nice area

Stay was amaizing, welcoming was very professional and nice, Mrs Diana was very helpful to my wife and me. She explained everything we asked and gave us informstion we needed. We have really nice expierence with hotell staff. Hope next time we stay longer.

COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”

The staff and service at this hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful. The only little issue we had was with the fact that this hotel isn't staffed 24/7, therefore, if you arrive late you have to make arrangements for after hours check-in. Make sure that if you book through Expedia that you have a working phone number wherever you're travelling, otherwise, you might end up sleeping in your car like we did!

Hotel has excelent location and friendly/helpful staff. Cons: NO SCRAMBLED EGGS FOR BREAKFAST :o( Dangerous icy parking lot in front of the hotel with snow avalanches falling from roof.

Very new hotel, nice building. Rooms are clean and food (breakfast and diner) is very good. Staff is also very friendly.

Super schönes Hotel. Sonniger Balkon. Top Frühstück.

Ontbijt is grotendeels varkensvlees, was maar 1 handdoek in de kamer. Omgeving is wel heel mooi.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es mehr Ablagen im Badezimmer gegeben hätte.

Tisztaság, kedves és segítőkész személyzet a recepción és az étteremben. A reggeli bőségés, sokféle felvágott, sajt, pékáru edes, sós, zöldségek, tojás, vaj-margarin, kolbász, és felkészültek voltak spec.étrendre is.

Für uns steht das Hitelbin keinem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Von Hausgemachten Personalmangel bis schreiende Kinder beim Frühstück... Hier haben wir nicht annähernd etwas Erholung gefunden. Bereits 09.45 Uhr ging der Kaffeeautomat aus.Das sind Zustände,die wir so in Österreich nicht kennen. Schlechte Kommunikation im Bar und Frühstücksbereich. Waren nur 2 Nächte da...
