The apartment was spacious and clean, and the building overall felt well kept. The free shuttle was a real lifesaver, since you really can’t get around here without a car (no Uber in the area). Some things weren’t so great though. The shower head holes were too small, so the water hit like bullets on your skin. The curtain kept coming loose, the sink cover was broken, lighting was poor, the stove was very slow, and there weren’t enough toilets/bathroom facilities. No cleaning service during the stay either. Even with those issues, the room size, cleanliness, and shuttle service made a big difference. For that reason, I’d still give it 4 out of 5 stars.

It is a good place to stay but the transport isn't good so I would advise anyone to have their own car or a hire a car. Plus the staff were friendly, kind and helpful.

We booked this property f'vvvvor 7 people to stay and travel around Switzerland, blackforest. It was most convenient if you are visiting Switzerland, Germany & france. We didn't book breakfast, other than that i/ worked out well in terms of home & combo cooking :

It was perfect for people who have a car. The apartment was big with huge balcony. There was no AC but with big balcony doors, two fans, and cool nights it was manageable. For me the only problem was the smell of cigarette in the balcony (not in the room). Be aware that grocery stores are closed on Sundays.

Had to go to the bldg next door to get our keys. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and a great little kitchen. It is in a somewhat industrial area so don’t count on any retail.

It will be more appreciated if the housekeeping is done more frequently and breakfast needs to served warm not cold

It was a nice neighborhood in vicinity if a grocery store. Great scenery and very relaxing.

We arrived very late in a cold night with 2 small children. Staff kept making mistakes with the card keys, while my kids were falling off their feet from exhaustion, and the situation didnt seem to bother the staff very much. The rooms were not clean but it can work for one night if all you need is speedy access to the airport, which is basically what I needed.

Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors open. Breakfast was good too.
