This hotel has no air conditioning or lift .they gave me a room with only a small window opening in the roof no airconditioining it was like a sauna.2 flights of stairs without a lift is a joke

Very friendly staff and very close to the airport (about 6-8KM). Restaurant on site. We had an early flight at 6:00 AM and we had to be at 4:00AM at the airport. We got room service breakfast at 2:30A with typical Polish food. Excellent.... Room was clean. We will stay there at the next trip to Poland. We had a pleasant stay there.

Everything was OK except of an airport shuttle service. Although it was featured in the hotel information as well as on their website no airport shuttle was available during my stay.

Staff are professional, polite and helpful. Breakfasts are very good with variety. We stayed in a four person room which is a great option for families. There is no air conditioning, so if it is hot/humid, it can be uncomfortable. Also, the tap in our bathroom could be upgraded (less than full flow), but the shower was great. It is close to a major road, so you will hear some traffic. We also had dinner at their restaurant, very good, but if you prefer less salty, let them know in advance.

Average hotel. Ok for one night. No elevator.

I would give it a five star but we were staying there at the hottest day of summer on the top floor so it was hard to sleep without AC. But we will definitely go back and stay there again, especially in a cooker season. Location is great, few minutes away from the Balice airport, and about 23 minutes to the town center. Staff was nice and accommodating. We asked for second fan and they brought it to us. Overall great experience.

The hotel does not have a lift and it has 2 floors but the guy did offer to take my luggage upstairs if needed but I said I can take it myself. The shuttle buses is not there, first they said the driver doesn’t work at night; then I needed to go to airport at 11am and they booked me a taxi instead of shuttle bus. I would not recommend just because of shuttle bus situation when they advertise that they offer shuttle bus and in reality they don’t. That was one of the main reason I booked the hotel to avoid the hassle of taxi or transport

I would give them 5 stars if there was AC in the rooms . We had a room on the third floor and it was very hot inside . A little fan helped to circulate an air and luckily the nights were much cooler so we could sleep semi comfortably.

Beautiful manor. Fine furniture, tall ceilings. Nice menu. Super nice staff. Very close to the airport. Book it if it’s available!

I always stay here while in town. This is the first time I had an issue. My door was broken and would not lock. I had only a fan. Maybe this is only a problem in the single rooms as I have never had this issue in the double rooms.

I just stayed one night because I had a very early morning flight. I asked for a 4AM taxi and it was waiting for me in the morning. A snowstorm had hit that day and it was dark when I stayed there but I would definately stay there again.
