Especially, breakfast was great! It's near from Messe Prater station less than 5 min by walk. Have a reference that there is no refrigerator and microwave in the room. However, you can keep stuffs in the front desk refrigerator.

We had a great stay. Away from the hustle of the city, quiet and safe but right on the Prater which the kids loved. Very close to the underground for convenient travel. Only a few stops into the city. Rooms were good, air con worked well in the heatwave, shower was great and the soundproofing blocked all noise from the funfair outside and other rooms. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice, did get busy though if you want to eat it later. Would definitely stay here again and in this area.

Top tier stay. Had a lovely time in this modern hotel. Perfect location for Wiener Prater and a metro station minutes away to access central Vienna. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Clean room. Would highly recommend!

Hotel was pleasant, clean. Breakfast was decent. The thermostat in the room completely turns off in the middle of the night, no Air Circulation, which could be dangerous, I kept waking up drenched in sweat. I would try to adjust it, but settings wouldn’t change. This should be rectified, to make sleep comfortable, SAFE and at the preferred temperature of the guests, not the hotel staff.

Check in quick and easy, lovely friendly staff. Large comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Right by Prater park fairground, easy walking distance to Ernst Happel stadium and on good transport routes. Would I stay here again? Definitely Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely

Hotel is well located and is nicely furnished. The main issue we gave was the aircon in our room didn’t work very well meaning the room never got below 25 degrees Celsius for the 3 days we were there. We complained to reception several times who promised it would be sorted and it wasn’t. Will not stay here again.

Friendly and very helpful personnel. Clean hotel with spacious, spotless, modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. Not to mention the amazing breakfast that’s included with an incredible variety of choices. All in a all an excellent place to stay.

It was an amazing stay.

The room itself was clean and neat. Unfortunately, the air conditioner made a noise which we reported to the staff and it was not fixed which resulted in two sleepless nights. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food.

A comfortable stay. A few things to note for potential guests. The hotel phones were only able to receive calls from reception. We could not dial out. After raising our concerns, they moved us to another room. They did not work in either room. There is no shaver sockets in the bathrooms but there’s plenty of domestic sockets around. There’s no mini fridge or complimentary water provided. Only Hilton honors members get complimentary water provided. The breakfast was pretty decent (very continental) it gets very busy during peak times. The staff were friendly. Our original room was an accessibility room which was pretty bleak and miserable. We got moved to a standard room which was so much better.

The hotel is very close to the train station with quiet, comfortable rooms. When I had an issue with a rattling heater they replaced the unit promptly.
