My stay was enjoyable overall, but the bathroom could definitely use some improvements. The shower was not very easy to operate and the water pressure was quite low. The toilet was also very low, which may not be comfortable for everyone. While the shower does have a curtain, the overall bathroom setup feels dated and could benefit from an upgrade.”

We enjoyed this Holiday Inn. The breakf was fresh and the staff we encountered were friendly. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

Good breakfast but miss the waffles.

Pros: overall the staff was very nice, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean. Parking was fine. Cons: at check in, staff member said my room number out loud (as opposed to only having it written on the paper that holds the room keys). We were also unable to use screen cast on our room's tv:(

Great experience

This hotel was in a great location for various restaurants and lots of shopping, it was in a safe location close to the highway. The room had a musty smell, and the lobby floor was covered in wayer from what was said to be from cleaning the carpet. There was no front desk attendant when we arrived at 3:05 pm. We waited 15 mins. before she showed up aling with a manager named Bob. They ssid they were in the middle of a shift change. She printed paperwork for me to sign and while I was reading it, Bob said just sign here, its the same ingo. you read on the website to book the room. I told him, I would be reading the entire doc. before digning anything. Customer service could be better.

The conditions of the hotel were great. I felt it very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was missing a couple things in used to , broken pancake machine and a few choices I’ve seen at other holiday inns. So I’d give that a 4/5 stars but otherwise a great stay in a nice area with lots of dinner choices around.

This hotel is in a good location. They have quiet hours in the evening, which was very nice. There was a good variety of food available for breakfast.

Very clean!!

Checked in for a 2-night stay booked through Expedia at this non-smoking property. My room smelled like an ash tray, so I asked for another room. I was told nothing was available, even when I asked for any type of room. I told the front desk we wouldn't be able to stay and asked if my reservation would be refundable if I booked something else. Front desk said "yes" and were apologetic. I booked a hotel down the street then went to the front to process refund. Front desk said since I booked through Expedia I'll have to go through Expedia. Expedia said they would try to get a refund and that the hotel had to approve it. They refunded one night and said that was all the hotel would approve. Called the hotel. Front desk said it was the manager's call and that he was off-property and wasn't available to speak with, but that they would ask him again and get back to me. Never heard back. I asked Expedia what I did wrong and they said "nothing, I understand that this is frustrating". Moral of this story... avoid this property... they are dishonest. I'm dumping Expedia as well. I thought they would have my back in a situation like this, but they clearly don't. This property pocketed my reservation money while being unable to deliver what I reserved.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The room was extremely nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! The $5 Snickers bar from the vending area….not so much!!!

Difficult place to review. Rooms were clean and good size but very noisy. HVAC in room was very loud. Easily wakes you up when it turns on at night. Walls are also a bit thin. Could hear neighbors pretty easily. Bathrooms were nice, up to date, and roomy. Great workout room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as some appliances were out of order (fountain drinks, pancake maker) and main dishes were heat and eat cheese or veggie omelettes. Cinnamon rolls were good as always. Nice area around hotel. Will stay elsewhere next time due to excessive room noise. If you can’t get a good night’s sleep then what’s the point of staying there?
