Everything is good, the cleanliness of the rooms and staff, the only downside is that it is a bit far from busy areas

Spaces Hotel is good for vacation with family, the space room is big, and the food tastes good. We can use Grab to go to Genting Premium Outlet in only 10 minutes, and Grab is cheap from Spaces Hotel.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Since it's tucked away, I thought it would be average, but it turned out to be luxurious! Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but the hotel offers a RM60 buffet from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, perfect for waiting and having lunch. The receptionist was friendly and informative, even helping me get a taxi to GPO! A word of warning: the rooms aren't soundproof. We could hear everything from the upper and lower rooms, even the phone.

The hotel is nice, large, and clean. It's suitable for families with small children. There's a swimming pool and bathrooms with hot water. The location is a bit far, 6 km from Skyworld. Transportation requires a taxi or Grab app, which costs RM40-50 for 4 adults and 1 small child. The kids loved this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel for a family trip. Smooth check-in process. They have a free parking lot for our car too. Surely will come back again.

Had a nice experience staying in this hotel. Definitely bring your swimsuit because they have a nice pool. The only downside is that this hotel is far from anywhere so make sure you bring your own meals once you’re back to the hotel. They have a convenience store though. Ordering Grabcar is also a challenge here, it may take awhile to book so if you’re in a hurry, make sure you book your Grab in advance.

Hotel is very good. This is my third time visiting. The only downside is the limited breakfast choices. They can improve the tea tarik, coffee, and provide tea bags and boiled eggs. I love roti canai and roti telur, but they don't top up when it's finished.

I hope there is more facility for dropping off or picking up from or to shopping centers nearby.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is also very clean.

The reception area is friendly & nicely. Only next to my room maybe there is a parent who has a small child. Every time the child cries, I wake up. 12 o'clock, 4 o'clock, but don't try to understand. BTW, The room is clean and tidy. The pillow is thick and comfortable. 😊

The road condition on the way to hotel is pretty bad due to surrounding construction. There is no light especially at night. The double quad room given is queen size bed only. The buffet breakfast is good with many varieties.

The hotel itself is very nice. The only thing is, as per other reviews, the road leading to the hotel is a bit of an adventure (potholed) due to nearby construction sites. And the soundproofing might not be the best for those who's a light sleeper. But as someone who didn't mind these, I'd say that my experience was rather pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Scapes Hotel 🌟
