When showering, all toilet floor get wetted and so as the toilet paper. There was too hot in the room , the air conditioning was useless. I had to open the window a bit and allow better ventilation then I got mosquito bites a lot every night. The dining area is too small.

Quiet block but near the mercado and relatively close to most must-see neighborhoods. It's a modern simple hotel, just wish they had coffee in the rooms, mattress is a bit basic, and the shower's half-wall doesn't prevent water from soaking the floor

People are beyond pleasant and helpful in every way.

The room had a very strong, unwashed-scalp-like odor. Bathroom very small. One of the staff working at reception behaved as though everything was inconveniencing him. Would jot stay here again.

Excellent property, ideal for all local attractions. Lots of options, but still very quiet. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Good value for money

Sink was clogged. Bathroom was oddly built. The water comes out when you shower and the hot water is inconsistent. Small space.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. It was the little things that we found annoying, like not all the usb ports working in the room, or the water in the shower would not maintain the temperature for longer than a few seconds at a time.

Nice hotel in a great location

This was a really great boutique hotel and had a nice vibe to it. The elevators were pretty tiny but the room was fine for our needs.

Nice room, great balcony, clean, quiet

We stay here for 3 nights the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We liked how this hotels situation is very close to the action of Bolhao market. Subway, shopping strips etc, but the location is in a quiet neighborhood! My only issue is the bathroom is small and the toilet and shower design isn’t the best, but still functional. We also would have liked it if they added a fridge. Overall excellent Hotel very clean and rooms are as decribed , would recommend to anyone visiting Porto

Staff were very good especially those on reception. The man on reception when er arrived on Wednesday 30 April was very friendly and helpful and suggested several local restaurants that provided great service and food. And on the following morning the lady on reception resolved an issue we had with the TV whilst we were out. Other staff we came in contact were all pleasant providinggood service.

It was amazing! The staff is incredible and localization terrific!

I was expecting an Ibis to be on a par with Premier Inn but the accommodation was like student accommodation, it was very small and the room felt cold & damp, the walls looked a bit mouldy. The bed was comfortable but I felt very cold and it smelt musty. I didn’t say anything as we were only there 4 nights and just the start of a long holiday, I wish now I had.

Chambre correcte, assez confortable. La position de l’évier dans la chambre est particulière mais pas très gênant. Le petit déjeuner en revanche n’était pas excellent

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Only issue was cleanliness of the bathroom.

Sandra was so helpful with an early check in, breakfast, marking places to visit on our map. Great experience.

Great place to stay in Porto! Hotel is in the city center, closed to the, closed to everything, close to a metro station Bolhão, near by the Chapel of Souls, closed to restaurants. Room very spacious, room clean, but the only bad review is that the bathroom shower smell moldy and you could see it in the sealing! Nevertheless, Staff is friendly, hotel has elevators, and they offer for a fee a good breakfast!
