I had a terrible experience in this apartment. The AC in the main room wasn't cooling, instead it sprayed water, leaving my suitcase wet and the lights in the second room out. I've complained to the owner, but they only apologized.

We enjoyed staying here, the kids can swim and if you want to eat, you can just go down to the mall which is also located in the apartment area. The staff is fast response and friendly. Keep up the quality. Next time, stay here again. Success for Anderson Apartment.

The location is very nice, the lobby is clean, the facilities are complete. A little attention is paid to the cleanliness of the room because of the stagnant water. Overall it's ok

The staff was very unresponsive, the check in time which was supposed to be at two in the afternoon was postponed to four in the afternoon, sudden notification in the morning on the same day, by booking two rooms on the same day for a relative's wedding, this sudden notification was enough to make Sudarsana confused, so it was decided not to occupy it, it is recommended to look for alternatives that are professional in service

easy check in, the room is as expected, not too spacious but enough for our family, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers.. requested city view and was granted, next time want to try the pool view, have often stayed at orchard tanglin 1br, 2br, by miracle and always satisfied, this time the Anderson is no less satisfied, complete facilities, just lacking a magic com.. overall will come back again

how come.. most of my stays use traveloka or something.. there are amenities.. like towels, soap, etc.,, this is not there at all.. as for the cleanliness of the place, it's okay, it's clean the place is not in doubt. strategic because it's in the same building as the mall the service part is a bit slow to respond

Spacious enough for the whole family, safe environment.

The staff is kind, the unit is clean and smells good. The admin is also responsive so it is very helpful if there is any confusion.

The bathroom is dirty, room 1 is very narrow, not suitable for 2 people.

Staff and owner are friendly. Rooms are ok, facilities are ok.

There was no water in the bathroom, the furniture was problematic, the bed position was uncomfortable, and the bed cover sheets were not very clean.

Nggak ada kelengkapan kamar mandi hanya lokasi yang pas sih.

Jangan nginap disini ga dikasi sprei bed cover padahal nginap 2 malam. Katanya mau diantar sprei dan bed cover tapi ga diantar. Bantal juga kurang. Apartemen ga nyaman.

Lokasi premium, fasilitas termasuk bagus, hanya saja tidak ada tong sampah dan kartu akses sedikit bermasalah.
