Dirty smell does not match the main photo no recommend

Bad is very bad, facilities are very bad, why? Because I already booked from 1 week ago before coming. But after arriving, we weren't given a hotel room, instead we were given a room that looked like a warehouse and the room was really dirty. Very disappointed + asked for a refund from the hotel but the response was really slow pls. I suggest choosing another hotel, there are still many better ones even if you add a little money rather than being hurt, okay, thank you.

Kamar luas, parkiran luas setiap kamar ada teras enak buat ngobrol santai bareng keluarga. Stafnya ramah-ramah dan cekatan. Lokasi hotel dekat dari lembang, maribaya dan cikole. Depan hotel banyak cafe-cafe enak buat nongkrong.

The place is less clean and what's worse is there is no water. From check-in and check-out, I can't take a shower. And what's worse, I can't defecate anyway, this is the experience of staying at least really.

I ordered 2 rooms, 1 of which was quite a soft pillow, there was an additional pillow from Oyo too. lights in room number 16 which I put dark in the bathroom, lots of cobwebs first came in a musty smell, lots of mosquitoes (so I took the initiative to ask for mosquito spray, and even then sprayed myself) the cupboard was dirty, when I opened it I was even pulled down there was no mat, I really forced it to towels that are already a bit rough.

Whether it's the kids hanging out, whether it's the innkeeper, but it's so noisy that it's late in the morning.

Not worth staying overnight. Dirty rooms, hot water, dead towels, very ugly, dusty and unkempt with pet stars that disturb the comfort of guests.
