Super helpful and friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, location is not that hard to find.

The place was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we tried to find local food, massage, etc. It doesn't provide breakfast at all, but it is not a big deal for us. The location is quite central to find food and go to night market. The only downside it is quite tricky to find because it is in the small alley. You need to go through crowd of people eating street food. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean, supports early check-in and late checkout. I came during Tet holiday and got gifts to bring back. Although it is located on the outskirts of the old town, it only takes 2 minutes by motorbike to get to the center of the old town.

Cheap compared to what the hotel brings, with such money to get a super nice room and a TV with network, there is really nothing to criticize 10 points. Friendly staff, flexible in all situations, very good service, recommended to go

Rất hài lòng. Với giá này ban đầu nhóm mình đã nghĩ sẽ phải ở kiểu khách sạn bình dân nhưng khi nhận phòng thì vô cùng hài lòng. Đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên (từ chủ đến lễ tân đến bác phụ) đều rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Nằm ngay chợ Đồng Xuân thuận tiện di chuyển cho người lần đầu đến Hà Nội như mình.

Such a pleasant stay. Worths the price. The room is really nice & convenient. The bathroom is unexpectedly spacious. The staff is friendly. Glad I chose this hotel.

Very clean and airy, full of amenities

I have stayed here twice for my last two business trips to Hanoi. The receptionists are very enthusiastic and friendly. I have stayed in two different types of rooms at the hotel, Standard room and Deluxe room, I was satisfied with both, the room was clean, the interior was beautiful and good. The view was good, quiet. The hotel is close to entertainment areas, convenient for traveling. I will continue to choose to stay here when coming to Hanoi.

The room was small but not cramped like most other hotels I've checked out. The room was clean, pretty, and the bed was comfortable. Checked in late at night but was supported enthusiastically and the procedure was quick.

The way to find the hotel is a bit difficult, but the space is quiet, the rooms are satisfied, the staff is super lovely
