The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is strategic, close to everywhere. I've stayed here twice. Super recommended.

-the bedsheets are already blackish, there are still other people's hairs on the pillow. I'm afraid they won't be replaced -hot water doesn't come out in the morning and at night -the bathroom is dirty, the toilet has dirty stains and the sink also has yellow-brown stains, there are lots of hairs left in the water hole that haven't been removed (leftovers from previous people) basically it doesn't match the photo

It's clean, it's just a shame the hot water is turned on during the day 🤭 in the morning the shower isn't hot

Everything is ok except the shower doesn't work. The hot water is ok. The room is clean. There are 3 power outlets and even 1 is placed so that it is easy to iron. Check the room facilities before guests enter.

Strategic location close to the city center, quite close to Manahan Stadium, clean and comfortable rooms, fast and friendly service. Minuses: when you enter the bathroom, it smells a bit damp, the suggestion can be given a bathroom deodorizer.

The place is actually not bad, but I ordered a queen room and got a twin 😔 the price is different though.

Clean rooms, okay service. This is an exclusive boarding house and lodging so near the campus near places to shop and eat. 👍.
