Going up the loft to sleep is a bit scary cause of the steep steps going up and down. Not advisable for senior citizens.

Clean & tidy apartment, good facilities and location; there is a bridge connecting to the railway.

Water mineral water. When we ask to the staff, they just answer our water tap using filter so you can use it direct to drink. But in a few minutes, he came to brought 2 bottles mineral water maybe 200ml (smallest bottle) but we reject it. One good thing from this place, if we came earlier and we are not allowed to do early check in, we could keep our stuffs with additional charge cheaper than we keep in the station. Our first night hotel in stars apartment KLCC much better than this place (cheaper, bigger, clean).

Apartemen bersih, peralatan makan kurang, internet kurang, lingkungan sekitar untuk cari makanan dan lain-lain harus jalan sekitar 10 menit ke arah Stasiun Bangsar, not bad.

It's truly a great place to stay. You got all facilities you need, the room is awesome, and the staff are nice as well. Will surely stay here again if I visit Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel staff was not friendly, asked for money other than the hotel rate that had been paid.

Great luxury with affordable price.

The room was great and clean. Recommended to stay with family or friends. Near MRT station Bangsar. Food center easy to find within walking distance.

The location is convenient to those who prefer public transport, you may walk to Bangsar LRT via link bridge. They charge RM50 cleaning fee, which is not included in the price of room and deposit. Check-out time is 11 AM, compared to other hotels 12 PM, and they do charge for luggage storage at lobby. Generally, it is a small, comfortable loft.

Stay di sini oke banget! Agency Greater Stay ramah dan very helping. Ruangan bersih, luas, dan nyaman. Ini ke-3x-nya stay di sini. Apartemen nyambung dengan LRT Bangsar, jadi gampang ke mana-mana, ke KLCC dan Masjid Jamek hanya 4 stasiun. BTW, akan ada deposit RM200 yang akan dikembalikan pas checkout dan ada biaya cleaning fee sebesar RM50 (semua dibayar di muka). Tidak kena pajak turis RM10 per night juga. Pokoknya mantap!
