The stay did not meet my expectations. There was no hot water in the showers, and the bathrooms are clearly unsuitable for older people.

Really lovely hotel! Super cozy rooms and great location!

Overall a hotel that focuses more on design and greenwashing than comfort. Weird bulbous floor lamps and bamboo decorations that take up half the floor space and make it difficult to walk around the room. Strange hours for the spa that supposedly make it more sustainable. It was a nice enough hotel for the price, but don't expect a lot. The first room they put us in was on the ground floor on an inside courtyard and the windows were screwed shut and the fan did not work. It was also next to some kind of ventilation system that made a really loud noise. There was a nice stand alone tub in this room. We complained about the noise and they moved us to a quiet room on the 3rd floor. This room was much smaller. We were disappointed that the limited hours for the spa (which they say are limited to reduce emissions?) are right in the middle of dinner time. They would be better off having a few hours in the morning when nothing else in the city is open.

Had a really lovely stay. So convenient to the train station. Very comfy room. Loved sitting in the courtyard in the evenings to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Loved the hotel. Our room was at the front but not that noisy. We loved everything about the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel just steps from the Copenhagen train station. There are excellent bars and restaurants within g walking distance and it is easy to explore the city by bike or transit. The spa is worth the fee although the hours could be better. The breakfast is well priced and of excellent quality. The bar is a good spot to have a quick drink in between sightseeing.

First time in Copenhagen and wow what a beautiful city and so was the hotel. We stayed here 4 nights and had an amazing stay the staff are so helpful and the breakfast was Delicious . Everything about the hotel was so relaxing and calm just wot you needed after a day in the city . We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

Standard room was small but very well appointed, perfect for one person. Bed comfortable. Great location very close to central station is very convenient.

Had a great stay, both while travelling for work and while my partner came to visit for the weekend. Conveniently located, with a lot of nice restaurants and cafe's at walking distance. Staff were amazing!

I’ve been here before,this time around it was a bit overcrowded, otherwise it still is a very good hotel. And the location is excellent.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and convenient location for the main train station. It just felt like certain aspects had been compromised for eco reasons.

This hotel has a cool vibe but unfortunately, we didn’t love it for two reasons. One: the bed felt like you were sleeping on a block of wood - it was too hard (and I prefer a firmer mattress). And two: the street noise is excessive. While this isn’t controlled by the hotel, there’s no A/C (like many European hotels) so windows open are necessary in the summer, and the yelling and sirens at all areas of the night were a turn off.

Such a cute hotel! The family room is very nice and spacious. The decor is very attractive and relaxing. Amenities are all very nice and thoughtful - from toothbrushes to slippers, hairbrushes and water bottles. This is very cute boutique hotel!

Really great quirk hotel, super Eco-wise. Great staff. Amazing location not too deep in the tourist stuff, but close enough.. but also really close to Vesterbro and all the great stuff there. 1 block from Copenhagen central station. ideal. Would deffo go again - just make sure you take an eye mask as it gets very bright at 4am :)

Lovely. Staff are phenomenal. Incredible breakfast. My one negative is that it was unusually hot while I was there and with no AC sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.
