Over all a beautiful place to stay with great views front the roof top pool.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Naha city! The rooms are comfortable and roomy, everything is so clean. They offer frre breakfast buffeft and was incredibly delicious and had great variety. We loved our stay. 5 nights total. Super convenient if you want to walk around , shop and gave dinner after a day expliring. Thry also have laundry

Outstanding customer service and attention. Rooms are very nice and clean. Property over all is very clean and in a great location. Convenience is also great! Only downside is parking here, it’s expensive and limited. I will come again, Thank you for a great stay!

Its ridiculous how they charge as much as they do for a pool thats so small. I see why its always empty. Otherwise good hotel adn nice breakfast.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The coin laundry was more expensive than it should be just to wash and actually dry your clothes. The WiFi in the room NEVER worked. I ran out of data because I could not connect in my hotel room. The pool you had to pay for, daily. It really seemed like they were trying to extract as much money as possible from their guests. This hotel might be the furthest possible from a 5 star as it states it is. The staff were extremely friendly and no complaints with service. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!! It was that terrible. Wasted of money.

The front desk staff member, Nishi, was really kind and helpful. Due to the tsunami warning, I couldn’t make my scheduled snorkelling experience and the phone number to cancel was only in Japanese. He called them for me and was able to cancel and help me get a full refund.

Staff was incredible and Breakfast was amazing!!!

Overall good stay. Easy check in, standard room was spacious. Only negative is that there was mold spots on the bottom trim of the bathroom walls.

Great hotel and good view from rooftop pool.

I paid extra for a room with a city view. Got a view of the back of the hotel. I went and explained to front desk they told me not all rooms had a view. I explained i paid for it. They told me sorry all rooms are full. No discount, no solution. Very frustrating. Also the pool cost 1,100 yen to swim in... not included. Breakfast was good

Front desk personnel were extremely proficient, helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good things about them. They are a tribute to the hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and kind and were always available to provide assistance. The free breakfast was excellent! I didn’t realize it was included when I booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. So yummy! Sadly, the pool was closed because of the rain but it looked nice. Parking was super easy and not too expensive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naha.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable, but too small to accommodate when we open our 2 X 29" luggage. Hotel room is well equip and with nice city view. Breakfast is good with many varieties. Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient store.

Hotel is close to the Main Street and within walking distance. Room was clean and enjoyed the facilities they provided. Would recommend for your stay in Naha.

While the price was excellent for a 5 star hotel, the staff were quite difficult. They wanted to charge us for every small thing including using the pool. The breakfast upstairs was closed and they never mentioned this. In a great area and we liked the room, but they really should communicate these charges and updates to breakfast, etc better and beforehand.

Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good.
