The front desk person that checked my husband and I in an Fri 5th originally told me no printer, But I went back with another staff person was working and was really nice she helped me with locating the printer, the food was spicy early in the morning it was watered down juice watery oatmeal, etc had to run out in the middle of the night one let us know what was going on ,over all this stay was ok, not the best but ok, this our 3rd visit to this hotel

It was very close to the world springs-- which is where we were planning on going.

Beautiful rooms and very clean and quiet.

Very clean and friendly. Arming at night fills up fast do had to park in the back and walk around

This location was walking distance from restaurants, activities and shopping. It was also near major access highway to airport.

There were roaches every where outside of the property. Found some in our room. Offered to exterminate, but that should be done on a regular basis. The cards did not always work on the outside gates or pool gates. The back door from pool to the lobby seemed to never work with physical or digital card. Grills were very difficult to light.

Great place to stay with great customer service

I love this hotel but the room has ants everywhere. They got all over my baby’s milk which is very expensive. They did switch my room once I informed them but offered no help to help transfer my things to the new room. I love this hotel and hope they do better next time.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, great fitness room. Rooms were clean and great size. Will visit again.
