Old building but clean, okay to stay here

1 worker as a service and receptionist is very unhelpful, the room is not very clean, there is no bath kit, even for a towel you have to ask the receptionist, and you have to walk to the lobby because there is no direct telephone to the receptionist, the environment and outdoor AC are also noisy.
