I've stayed here several times when I've been to Surabaya, as my family feels more comfortable here. The gym and pool are great for relaxing. Unfortunately, the sauna was broken when I stayed last time. Downstairs in the Samator complex is the Parigie Cafe, which has a fairly extensive and delicious menu. I love the coffee here; it's delicious and reasonably priced. My family and I spent New Year's Eve here with a gala dinner. It was quite memorable and entertaining.

Every year-end, I always stay here to gather with my family. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. I'm completely satisfied 🥰

Novotel Samator has been one of my preferred options for business trips to Surabaya, mainly because of its convenient access to the airport and the comfortable rooms. One area that could be improved, in my view, is the breakfast selection which the variety and overall taste still feel less strong compared with Movenpick Hotel, which is another alternative I often consider for business trips to Surabaya, also close to Juanda Airport.

no valet parking! you have to park your car far from the lobby, drop your baggage in the lobby by yourself, and just a few security personnel can help you. the reception is too lazy or lacks information, i don't know. the aircond is so damn hot, cannot be set to a lower temperature. the towel and the mirror are not clean. the gym wasn't opened yet at 6 am, the sauna is unable to operate in the morning, so i have to open it by myself. in conclusion, it's not worth the price, far from the city, and highly not recommended.

It's been a long time since I stayed at a Novotel. The first time was in Medan, then in Banjarmasin. After five years, this is my third stay in Surabaya. It never disappoints, thanks to the wide range of amenities provided. Although it's quite far from the city center, it's still easily accessible for snacks, souvenirs, or just sightseeing. Overall, it's pretty good.

The room is spacious and soundproof because it is fully carpeted. The location is behind the office tower and not too far from the city center so the atmosphere is quite calm. The staff is friendly. The downside is that the choice of food at breakfast is quite limited for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very varied. But unfortunately, I felt like I forgot an iron, but I couldn't find it. Why? Because I still had a follow-up appointment and only moved hotels to accommodate the next event. They responded, although a bit slow.
