I've stayed at Asyana many times, trying various room types, mostly the Deluxe room on the 6th or 8th floor. So far so good. On October 27th, we got Deluxe Room 802 with a good view, but the mattress wasn't soft anymore and gave me back pain. Furthermore, at 2:00 in the middle of the night, the lights suddenly went out for quite a while, and communication with the receptionist was also interrupted. Because all the windows couldn't be opened, I was a little short of breath due to limited oxygen at that hour, leading to a panic attack. My husband had also been hospitalized for a few months and came for a checkup but was caught in a power outage that lasted for more than 10 minutes, making the room stuffy and suffocating. Please be prepared next time, the generator should be ready in less than 5 minutes for the comfort and health of our guests. Not everyone is safe in a confined space without the ability to open a window when the AC is off for more than 5 minutes. Please don't let something like that happen again.

Honestly, my stay here was a bit less than pleasant... At night, the lights went out several times, apparently there was a problem... For a Deluxe room, it was very cramped... And the breakfast menu was limited, not many choices.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Asyana Hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and there was a wide variety. The room was clean and the toilet was clean. Toiletries, tissues, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator were provided. The location is strategic. It was very worth it. Thank you, Asyana.

2 nights stay here for work, very satisfied for that price, happened to book far in advance, 1 month before so it was quite economical. The food is also quite varied there are soto, porridge, salad, fried rice, cereal, fast check-in, wifi is quite usable for work, the room is also quite spacious, cold AC, there is a stall next to the hotel, in the morning there are sometimes trendy coffee stalls in front... Everything was good, but the food was probably not fresh because the tofu and sausage were sour. Most of it was thrown away by the guests.
