So far so good. Check-in was punctual, as it was crowded, but there was only one person on duty at the reception, which resulted in a rather long queue and a longer check-in time. Everything else was good👍

The only issue was check-in, as there may have been several hotel guests arriving at the same time. The check-in process for each guest took a while.
For the rate and price I received, the service at the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the variety of breakfast menu items.

I stayed on the 27th in room 211, when I entered the room I saw the previous guest's hair still stuck to the pillow. There were lipstick marks on the bedsheets, meaning the pillowcases and bedsheets were not replaced, only tidied up. After being complained, they were replaced. Please hotel management to pay attention to things like this so that it doesn't happen again. It's a shame that the hotel is nice, but because the workers are not trustworthy in carrying out their duties, it makes the hotel's image bad. Thank you.

The room's AC remote was broken, but the room was still given to the customer. Called, the technician took a long time to come. The floor was clean but if you step on it, it feels rough. The wifi is terrible, it's really, really slow.
