Breakfast was very good plenty with of choices. Red roasted potatoes created by chef were the best .

Good service

Everything was pretty great. The AC was just very loud in the room. It made a loud thud that woke me up at 3:30 AM. I went back to sleep. There wasn't anything that I felt was worth complaining about.

This location was very accessible from the highway. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was immaculate. Will come here again. Loved this place.

The Hampton Inn on Western Avenue is where we always stay when we travel to Albany, NY. The location is super convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, and the beds are insanely comfortable. There is always a tray of cookies in the lobby, and a hearty breakfast in the morning. What’s not to love.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! Room was incredibly clean and up to date. The free breakfast was delicious each day. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

It was so hot. The ac was horrible. It would not go lower then 65 and the room never got below 68 all night. The waffles were dry and no flavor and the eggs were like rubber. The ac alone ruined my stay.

Friendly Staff

I was leery about the neighborhood but it was a nice quiet area. Convenient location. Several dining options within a 5 minute drive. We needed to check in early and it was no problem whatsoever. Room was updated and clean. Staff was very friendly. My wife forgot an expensive pair of sunglasses and the hotel found them and held on to them until she picked them up a few days later which to me speaks to integrity. I would stay here again.

Stayed here before. It is a nice place. Since the first time we went the prices per night have gone up a lot. We stay to go to the racetrack, we only did one night because of the price where we did multiple nights in the past.

It was quiet and the kids enjoyed the pool

I’m so grateful for this stay, wish I could’ve stayed longer. Everyone of the staff was welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was delicious!! Wish there was cinnamon for the oatmeal. Eggs were flavorful!! Beds were firm and room was pleasant! Employees were kind, supportive and transparent, refreshing! May you continue to have great success!!
