I've stayed here many times, and it's absolutely wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick and very helpful. I always request a room upstairs, and the staff are always very helpful. The hotel area, bathroom, and bedroom are all very clean. It feels very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The hotel area, room, and bathroom were very clean. There was just a slight problem with the AC. It would turn off by itself for a few minutes and then turn back on. The AC water was also dripping on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The receptionist was very kind. I didn't stay there. I paid for the room only because my 6 year old boy needed a comfort place to take shower in the evening before we drive home to Bogor at 10PM. the bathroom was clean. The towels too. The hot shower was great. It was very helpful.

The staff were very nice, friendly hospitality, the surrounding area was clean and calm, easy access to anywhere, there is a cafe for chilling while smoking. Overall I did enjoy staying here and recommended for couples who seek a budget hotel with, again, very friendly hospitality!
