If possible, please make check-in and check-out times available. The current check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, but unfortunately, the rules are a bit strict. I stay at Jarrdin every month and have tried all their apartment rental services ☺️.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are okay. I stay at Jardin every two weeks because I visit my child who is studying here.

FUCK...!!!! I just checked in this afternoon and when I entered the unit, it was FUCKING DIRTY, as you can see from the photos I took. THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY, STICKY THE BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY, LOTS OF CAT HAIR, THE CHAIRS WERE DIRTY, THE TABLES WERE DIRTY. OH MY GOD, IT WAS SO BAD. I immediately left and looked for another unit to rent. I just checked in and immediately rented a unit from another agent, and I got one that was much tidier and more comfortable.

clean room, clean bathroom, hot water is very strong and functions normally, just need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed, the facilities are quite complete, there is a TV, refrigerator, cutlery, the only minus is there is no dispenser/electric kettle, good service if there is anything you can contact the relevant WA, affordable prices for travelers with an economical budget

The AC is only in the living room, check out time max. 11 pm.. check in at 9 pm at the latest. Overall ok, only the AC is only 1 unit.

The bathroom was dirty and smelly so I didn't stay there.

I stayed 1 night at Jardin apartment A0506 with facilities of 1 king size bed, 1 single bed, sofa. In the king size bed room there were mites, in the single bed room there were mites, the sofa had mites. I complained about changing rooms but couldn't, they only gave me cleaning spray, eucalyptus oil and a mat and sheets. While all of them had mites. My sister who slept first had an itchy red bumpy body because of mites. Finally we went out in the middle of the night without changing rooms. Very sad

The condition of the apartment is terrible, very disappointing.

there are cigarette ashes, the room smells like onions, it's called cheap accommodation but the rooms are really cheap, I'm so lazy to stay here I came back from outside at 1 in the morning when I fell asleep

The room is dirty, the sheets are dirty, there are many bed bugs, everywhere, even the sofa and the curtains are also bed bugs 😭, the bathroom is dirty, the shower is also broken, I can't sleep overnight because it is itching to be bitten by bed bugs

The staff were okay but the accommodation is in bad shape. Need to refurbished and deep clean. The bed got bugs, and we suffer the itchy condition. Please reconsider of staying here.

It's quite fun to try staying in an apartment for a while. It's just that maybe when checking in, guests should be accompanied and given an explanation regarding the use of the equipment in the room, how to access in and out of the apartment. For cleanliness, it's quite clean but not very clean, standard. There are no toiletries provided, a gallon of water is provided but it seems mossy because it is rarely used. Overall, it's enough.

The location is very strategic, the apartment is also nice but unfortunately the residents are very noisy outside shouting 🤣 the mattress is full of mites! The TV channels are not updated, the rest is okay.

As a lesson, the apartment management should improve their system if the room is enough for how many people, don't just change it suddenly, people want to go on vacation to Bandung, so it's a shame they're stranded at night. The room is not suitable for the capacity of people.

Toiletnya kotor dan sprei bau. Tapi lumayan untuk hotel transit.

Kamarnya bersih, resepsionisnya ramah, pokoknya mantul deh.

Tidak di kasih handuk, bed yang kecil, dan masih kotor seperti tidak di ganti sprei nya.

Bad service. AC ga dingin. Selimut sarung bantal dan lain-lain bikin gatel, lampu remang-remang, kamar mandi kotor.
