Last Sunday night I stayed here, the TV was off from check-in until check-out and there was no confirmation from the beginning that the TV was off. I asked to change rooms, but they said all the TVs were off. The TV had to be fixed, the place was already comfortable, only the TV was broken!! The water heater also didn't turn on, I've waited more than 15 minutes and the water was still warm. When I wanted to check out, it was before 12 noon. When the staff was outside the room saying "check out, check out" I think it was annoying, people must have looked at the clock and knew what time it was. They shouldn't be bothered like that. Even though I stayed here before, it was okay, it was comfortable and there were no problems. I just stayed here, and I heard the staff talking like that in the area outside the room. Even though they said the rooms were all full.

Comfortable, clean, hot water runs smoothly, cold AC, good security, good mattress, TV works, there are chairs, a table and a cupboard and a mini fridge... this is beyond expectations for that price... next time I go to Tangerang for work, I will stay here again

the person guarding there is not very friendly, the room is dirty, damp, so you have to keep wearing sandals in the room, at night there is always a bell because after 11.30 pm the front door is closed so you have to call someone to help open the main door. can be improved
