The room smelled musty, the photos didn't match the actual room. It turns out the key holder told me the room hadn't been used for a long time and hadn't been cleaned. When I first arrived, the water gallon hadn't been replaced, the gas cylinder was empty, the sink was mossy, the buffet was dusty, the shower was broken, and the sheets hadn't been changed even though I'd booked them well in advance. The key holder also told me the photos in the app were old and hadn't been changed.
