Overall, this hotel is acceptable. The rooms are smart-equipped, not too cramped, and offer good comfort. The hotel staff are very professional and responsive, able to assist with various needs promptly, which is satisfactory. However, a faint noise from the outdoor air conditioning unit can be heard in the room. Although the volume isn't loud, it might still be somewhat bothersome for guests who are sensitive to noise. In general, the hotel conditions are good, but there is room for improvement in soundproofing.

Previously known as Gaia Hotel and now rebranded as Gwen Hotel, this property remains one of the best in its category and continues to uphold a high standard of service. Although officially rated as a three-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional politeness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel is also conveniently located, providing easy access to nearby places. Notably, the traditional "jajan pasar" served at breakfast was remarkably delicious, especially the cake selection. With the addition of more space in the future to enhance comfort and a sense of luxury, Gwen Hotel has the potential to become even more outstanding. Thank you, Gwen Hotel!
