Okay, according to the price, hopefully all the room equipment will be updated because it is outdated.

It's good, but there's no hot water.

For this price, it's really comfortable, it's appropriate!!

The WiFi is hard to connect...but it can be fixed

I often stay here, the hotel is okay, for that price it is very appropriate.

The AC is cold, I got a blanket too but the mattress is really thin so it hurts when it hits the mattress bars, I got a pillowcase that already has holes in it, like it's been infested with termites, the water in the shower is really small

The room, bed sheets, towels, toilet were dirty, the mattress had holes in it until the springs were sticking out, the hot water took a long time to come out.

I was quite surprised when I was told that the pillowcase had not been installed. but worked to find recommendations. overall good.

The AC is not cold & the room has lots of mosquitoes.

Very bad, the bed has fleas, lots of mosquitoes, the room is dirty, the lights are not bright, I finally checked out in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep, couldn't stand the fleas and mosquitoes and the sound of the AC and fan which was very very noisy, this is the first and last time I stay here. Hopefully it can be an improvement.

The quality of the facilities must be improved.

Rotten. OYO must cancel membership with this hotel. Rotten hotel. Old. The mattress is sagging. The springs are loose. Dirty, shabby sheets. The AC is not cold. The toilet, omg. Dirty, filthy. No water heater

Strategic location. Friendly staff. Amenities such as soap/toothpaste are not available.

Butut pisan ganyaman banget udah seram kasurnya gatal banyak tumila tolong diperhatikan lagi oleh pihak hotel terutama di kamar 205.

Padahal kamarnya biasa saja. Wastafel macet, airnya jadi mengendap. Shower oke, bisa dingin bisa air panas. TV menyala dengan channel Transmedia, tapi tidak ada remote jadi kalau mau ganti langsung di tombol TV. Sarung bantalnya kotor di kamar 208, kayak enggak diganti/dicuci. Dapat handuk 2, toiletries cuma sikat gigi + odol. WiFi menyala kencang banget sinyalnya. Ya sudah enggak apa-apa deh, semoga fasilitasnya bisa ditingkatkan.

The room is dirty. Moss bathroom. The AC remote is broken. The TV remote for the volume was broken. And what was worse, I had just arrived and entered the room, had not yet laid down, I was still tired, suddenly 3 crew members knocked on the room door and asked "sorry sir, you didn't open BO, right"? Is it polite for a crew member to ask a guest like that? Please improve the service again. Prioritize being polite to customers.

Seriously dirty, AC wasn't cold, smelled musty, finally moved hotel.
