The hotel staff was very friendly. My son stayed there for his birthday and received a complimentary surprise from the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. No need to worry about going hungry, as the location is strategic, close to restaurants and culinary spots. Next time, I'll stay longer. Thank you.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms and food were okay. It might be time to upgrade the Android TV for more up-to-date in-room entertainment, and the floor drain in our room wasn't flowing smoothly. We got a free welcome drink and snack, and free oatmeal after breakfast.

There is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs. So it's not suitable for pregnant women and the elderly. The rooms are nice, the food is delicious, and the restaurant has a nice view. Free car wash for up to 5 cars. The hotel is located in a small alley, so it's not on the main road. The hot water is on.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. I only have a few comments to make. I stayed in room 210. First, the towels need to be renewed. Second, the floor drain needs to be checked, as the water takes a while to drain. Third, the welcome drink service could be faster. Lastly, the shower holder is a bit loose/wobbly. Other than that, the hotel has an attractive design and is close to everything.

A pleasant stay experience. The hotel location is very strategic. The atmosphere is very calming. Close to the culinary center. The staff is very friendly.
