I ordered a non-smoking room through the app, but I was given a smoking room. It makes me short of breath. It shouldn't exist, shouldn't force it.

The breakfast is delicious, the room is also nice.

Such a beautiful view from my room, but unfortunately I’ve had to spend three nights in a smoking room on a smoking floor. The smell is so strong that it’s left a scent on my clothes and belongings. I requested a non-smoking room, but the receptionist told me there were no rooms available, even for the following days. They even suggested an upgrade that would cost an additional IDR 200,000. I’m really disappointed.

This is my second stay here because of its proximity to GBK and the delicious and varied breakfast. Highly recommended...

Staying at Kimaya after returning from work to Jakarta after feeling unwell during the trip was the perfect choice. The deluxe room was just right and perfect for resting. Unfortunately, there was only a provision for an upgrade because the room I had booked was a smoking room. It's a shame there wasn't any advance notice.

I booked an Executive Suite Room at this hotel and it was very comfortable because it was spacious and the room area was soundproof, equipped with a bathroom and powder room too, the best Kimaya Slipi Jakarta Hotel

The air vent/exhaust in the bathroom in room 320 is not working and the bathroom smells bad from the toilet so that when the toilet door is opened and closed, the smell goes into the bedroom.

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Kimaya Slipi, all the services were friendly, good, the room was clean.
