I rented a 2BR and my family was happy. Thankfully, the room was clean, with a refrigerator, microwave, heater, cool AC, fragrant towels and sheets, only two amenities, a clean pool, easy access, and friendly staff. The downsides were the lack of drinking water and Wi-Fi. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was dirty and dusty. The sofa was torn, the wallpaper was torn... the bathroom was flooded. When I checked in, the lights wouldn't work and I had to call reception to get them to turn them on.

Renting an apartment is worth it. The atmosphere is peaceful. In the morning, next door to the apartment is a restaurant with a wide variety of food.

When I entered, there were cockroaches everywhere, in bedroom 1, and in the kitchen there were 2. How could an apartment still have cockroaches like this? The sheets were also dirty, there were lots of water balls on the mattress. It was really bad.

The room is okay, nice and spacious too, the cleanliness is also very good, the only downside is that I booked 2 rooms and in both rooms I couldn't watch TV, there were no channels or the signal was not good, I don't know what, then I also reported it to the hotel, they said there was a problem with the building, so during our stay we didn't watch TV for 2 nights, so we were really bored huhu

I chose accommodation in the Sentul area because it's close to Bogor or Puncak, as well as to tourist attractions and culinary delights. Unfortunately, if you book two rooms, you might end up on different floors due to the hotel's full capacity. My room was quite dirty. The towels provided were also dirty and smelly, and the colors were dark.

Be careful, the parking fees are quite expensive, as they're actually calculated by the hour. The staff seems unprofessional, as they won't explain anything unless asked and aren't friendly.

The staff was very friendly, and we were given a 1 BR room. Wow, with such an affordable price, my partner and I felt like we hit the honeymoon jackpot with the room upgrade. The room was also clean, fragrant, and came with a full amenities pack and a towel. I'll definitely be booking here again.
